I had a truly unique experience at 21C Museum Hotel. The art and decor throughout the hotel added an extra dimension to my stay. The location was absolutely fantastic, with countless bars and restaurants just steps away from the main doors. Being able to walk anywhere I wanted to go was a major convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was elegant and spacious. The staff were also very accommodating, even moving me to a different room to accommodate my claustrophobia. I would highly recommend this hotel for its artistic charm, comfort, and unbeatable location.

Great location, within walking distance to Lexington Opera House and Zims Cafe. Building has beautiful character with big windows and high ceilings. Best bathrooms with amazing showers. Friendly and helpful staff. 24hr open gallery with original art. Definitely worth the budget!

The bathroom was elegant and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and informed, offering great suggestions for local attractions and even accommodating our request to change rooms. The on-site restaurant, Lockbox, exceeded our expectations with its excellent dinner options. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to friends.

I had an amazing time staying in this hotel! This place is situated in the center of the city, making it very convenient for me to walk around downtown. The staff was really courteous and accommodating to my needs. The room was cozy and it had all the amenities I needed for my stay. In-room breakfast was also a great plus, it made my mornings really enjoyable. Additionally, the bar/lounge area had great drinks and the snacks in the snack bar were delicious.

I had no complaints during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. I also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. The location was ideal, as there were many excellent restaurants nearby. I particularly enjoyed the Sunday art gallery in the hotel. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated welcoming staff. The night shift staff was great and the restaurant was excellent for dinner. Conveniently located close to downtown and wedding venues. Horse farm tour suggestion was appreciated. Highly recommend.

As a disabled guest, I was pleased with the valet parking service for $30 and the accommodating staff. The hotel's art collection was captivating, and the bar and restaurant offered exceptional food and service. The bathroom was impressive, with a luxurious shower. The location was convenient for exploring on foot or using ride-sharing services. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and there was a nearby welcome center with a dog-friendly area and a fabulous restaurant, Zim's Cafe.

The art in the hotel was so interesting and unique. I loved the sculpture of the headless girl sitting at her school desk. The room was amazing with lots of amenities and a great bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping came in too early to clean the room and didn't replenish all the basictoiletries.
