The staff helped me print my boarding pass the first time. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, fitness center, and laundry. I love the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Heading back for New Year's!

We loved the pool/spa area with a good balance of shade and sunlight. the location was perfect for the events we attended. Parking right outside our room was convenient, and the room was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The jacuzzi room had issues, but the staff was caring and helpful. Temperature control and bedding could be better. The location by a park was fantastic. Just watch out for unexpected smoking charges. Stephanie was a standout!

Traveling with a large flatbed trailer, we found 3 Palms' secure parking along the back property line a savior. Facing our vehicle from the room added ease. the friendly staff, comfy room, and exceptional sleep quality were unbeatable. Conveniently close to local spots on foot, and a short drive to Old Town for more. A fantastic park nearby was a plus.

One night had no hot water; the room had 2 queen beds rather than a King.

I was delighted to find a clean and spacious room with a beautiful park view. the proximity to great restaurants and hiking areas was a big plus. the whirlpool spa bath worked perfectly, adding a touch of relaxation to my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my overall experience at 3 Palms was enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
