I keep returning for the exceptional service. On my first visit, staff helped with printing. All needs are met here: Free Wi-Fi, Bar, Outdoor dining, Flat-screen TV. the place is accessible, clean, organized, and perfect for my stays. I'll be back for Christmas.

I recently stayed at a backpacker's hostel in Hillcrest, and I must say, the location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to everything, including several bus lines, which made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were cute and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hostel also had a beautiful outside patio and a cool vinyl record store. it was a great place to base myself during my backpacking adventure.

I did experience some noise issues during my stay. The AC unit in my room was not working properly, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep with the window open.

Everything was fantastic.

The owners were really nice and could be reached easily during the stay, offering great service. the hotel had a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed the architecture and design of the hotel, which gave it a unique feel. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered some complementary amenities which added to our overall experience.

The hotel had a few downsides. One of the biggest issues was the lack of privacy in the bathroom, as well as the poor ventilation and hot water temperatures.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The room design was modern and spacious, with a nice view of the trees on Fourth Ave. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to cook our own meals. The hotel's location close to Balboa Park and within walking distance of great restaurants was a major plus. The staff made us feel like old friends and were helpful throughout our stay.

There were minor issues such as a missing mirror in the restroom and a lack of trash cans in the kitchenette. The noise insulation was also not great, as we could hear footsteps from the floor above.
