We had a great stay in this downtown hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and offered excellent service. Valet parking made it easy for us to come and go. We appreciated the wake-up service and the pet amenities available. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ironing facilities.

This place is recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of downtown.

As adventure travelers, we loved the perfect location of the hotel. It is situated in the heart of downtown with easy access to numerous good restaurants and cafes. The UTA campus is just a short walk away, and the JW hotel is conveniently located nearby as well. The hotel itself has a European feel to it and everything feels brand new and impeccably clean.

We felt incredibly looked after during our stay, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and even a maintenance worker took the initiative to bring us extra bottles of water.

This hotel is located in a great spot in the heart of downtown. You can easily walk to all the popular tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern decor. The bathroom is impressive with sleek amenities and a great shower.

The staff was inconsistent in their service. Some were friendly and helpful, but others were clueless and uninterested.
