My Easter stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the room was very comfortable with modern furnishings and a large screen with access to Netflix. the location was perfect for me as it was near all the local attractions and restaurants I wanted to visit. Lastly, I loved the fact that breakfast was included in my package. Although there wasn't a lot of fruit to choose from, the coffee machine had several espresso options to choose from.

There were some aspects that could have been better. The cleaning personnel forgot to clean my room on the first day, and housekeeping knocked on my door several times starting at 9 am, including on the day of check-out.

Our stay at AC Hotel was excellent. The facility was beautifully maintained and the rooms were clean and modern. We particularly appreciated the convenient parking and the smooth check-in process. The elevator access to the receptionist and guest rooms was a great feature, ensuring ease of movement throughout the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast at AC Hotel was a pleasant surprise, with an excellent coffee machine offering various espresso options. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited parking availability and thin walls, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, the extra cost for a city view did not seem worth it, as the cityscape was not particularly impressive.

The facilities were excellent and beautiful. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The staff, especially Keshaun, provided great southern hospitality. They were friendly, helpful, and even assisted with signing up for the Marriott rewards program. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The property was clean inside and out.

Felt lucky, no complaints.

Excellent location for Duke University visitors. Less than 2.5mi from downtown. Stores and food options right outside. Convenient and practical.

Nothing to dislike.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to fantastic dining options and a short distance from a renowned hospital. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. We loved the modern design and the abundance of USB ports and outlets. The staff, especially Keshaun, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist us. The southern hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.

We did find it a bit inconvenient that the bathroom had a heavy glass door, which may be problematic for older individuals or those with mobility issues.
