The beds were comfy and the hotel was very clean, creating a pleasant stay. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room felt a bit cramped, lacking proper storage space and a well-positioned full-length mirror. Some issues with valet parking and limited housekeeping services were noted.

We stayed at the AC Hotel in downtown, and it was a fantastic experience. the location was central, making it easy to explore the area. the room was spotless and comfortable with great air conditioning. the staff was exceptional, providing valuable recommendations and excellent service. Free overnight parking nearby saved us money, and the surrounding restaurants and shops were convenient for dining and shopping.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We encountered a parking issue upon arrival. Valet had us double park, leaving us uneasy. Eventually, we left the keys at the front desk due to lack of valet staff availability. Despite this, the comfortable beds and prime location made our stay enjoyable. Overall I recommend this hotel.
