AC Hotel By Marriott Riverwalk offers pristine rooms, excellent customer service, and a central location near historic landmarks and dining options. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Room was delayed until 5pm. Expected check-out time at 11am.

At my favorite spot, staff helped me find great shops. Everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, and more. Ideal for my holiday retreat.

Had a great Christmas stay at a recent hotel in a central location on the Riverwalk, offering spotless rooms and excellent customer service. the room was on the top floor with a spectacular view, comfy beds, and soundproof insulation for a restful night's sleep.

Additionally, there was an unexpected incident with the emergency alarm at midnight, requiring an inconvenient evacuation from the 19th floor.

Great value for the price, comfy room with a view, central location, and friendly staff at the hotel.

My recent stay at the AC Hotel on the Riverwalk was delightful. I was in town for a theater performance and stayed for two nights. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the theater. the front lobby and bars were elegant and welcoming, and my room had plenty of natural light and was cozy. the desk staff, especially Christian, were extremely helpful and polite. Additionally, the lady at the breakfast bar provided excellent service, enhancing my overall experience. Cons: I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel's design is stunning, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning city views from the bar. Its location is ideal, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel's bar on the 15th floor was an excellent spot to enjoy a fun night out, dance to music, and sip on a tasty cocktail.

Several drawbacks marred our Christmas experience at this hotel. There were several kinks that still need to be ironed out, including previously used dirty cups and empty shower gel containers still left in our room.

During my recent stay at the AC Hotel By Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk, I was impressed with the close proximity to the SA Riverwalk. It was so convenient to take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful river. Additionally, the room had a great view of the city and was clean and modern. I had a pleasant experience.

One drawback was the valet service. I can relate to the frustration mentioned in a review where the guest had to wait for almost 2 hours to retrieve their car.
