The room was amazing! It had everything I needed - a cozy bed, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The free WiFi and air conditioning were a big plus. As a budget traveller, I felt right at home!

The bathroom could use brighter lighting. Just a personal preference, though!

The hotel is located right in the heart of midtown, on 42nd street so getting to all the tourist spots is a breeze. The rooms have good views and the price is really fair for its location. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I was very impressed. The bathroom was modern and the shower was amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved that there was no carpet in the room. The hotel restaurant had delicious food and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect - with the subway just around the corner and Times Square only a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, although there were only 2 small drawers for clothing, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase if you have more than 2 people in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of a bustling area. It was very convenient for us to travel to all the tourist attractions. The service was impeccable- from the room service to the housekeeping, they never failed to deliver. The staff were very welcoming and provided us with a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, the amenities in the room such as the ironing facilities, flat-screen TV and free WiFi were all top-notch. The highlight of our stay was when the staff sent up Champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries to our room twice during our stay!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had modern facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Times Square, near everything in the famed Restaurant Row or Hell's Kitchen area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me and provide great suggestions for meals and transportation.
