Positive aspects of my stay: Beautifully renovated old building, spacious rooms with purpose-built furnishings, interesting vintage furniture in common areas, excellent restaurant and bar, friendly and helpful staff, convenient valet parking.

Negative aspect of my stay: Everything was spot on.

My room at Ace Hotel was on the smaller side, but it was designed so thoughtfully that it didn't feel cramped at all. The unique furnishings and hipster style gave it a cool and trendy vibe. The bathroom was modern and had all the amenities I needed. The lobby was a great place to hang out, with a bar that served delicious cocktails and a restaurant with tasty food. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a broken bathroom light and missing towels, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and stylish atmosphere.

The fact that the building used to be a YMCA added an interesting touch to the overall vibe. The location, although still developing, had great bars and restaurants nearby. I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were all welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

We loved the location in Pittsburgh's East Liberty neighborhood, with a remarkable cathedral across the street and a fantastic French restaurant about 4 blocks away. The hotel facilities were amazing, from the well-appointed rooms to the gym with a ping pong table. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was lovely and provided excellent customer service.

As a young family, we loved the beautifully styled hotel, which used to be a YMCA. The amenities were wonderful and the on-site restaurant, The Whitfield, was fantastic. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The common spaces were cool and the bedrooms were cleverly designed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.

Spectacular view of cathedral, nice room, fun turntable with eclectic records, great shower, good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, convenient parking.

The location is quickly developing with new attractions nearby. The facilities are unique, with a trendy common area featuring a gym, ping pong, basketball hoop, and photo booth. The rooms are flawless, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the property. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a fast-changing neighborhood with remarkable views of a beautiful cathedral across the street. We were thrilled to discover that there were plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff, from the valet to the check-in desk to the waiters, were exceptional and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel had free Wi-Fi and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. We highly recommend this place to our family and friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my stay in this hotel, I had an exceptional experience. The room was gigantic, with a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom featuring a great big tub. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special by leaving a note congratulating us on our recent wedding and giving us drink tickets. The French cider at the bar downstairs was a must-try, and the record player in the room with a wide selection of records added a unique touch. The mini bar stocked with local Pittsburgh alcohols was also a great feature. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to fantastic French restaurants and a vibrant bar area just a few blocks away. it was a perfect stay with excellent amenities and service.

The strong smell of cleaning agent in the 4th-floor hallway was a small drawback, but it didn't affect the room itself.

I had a fantastic stay at Ace Hotel Pittsburgh! The room was spacious and had a nice view of the neighborhood. The lobby and bar had a cool and creative atmosphere, and they even had a DJ spinning jazz records in the evening. The hotel has truly created a fun and lively place to stay and hang out. The attention to detail and excellent customer service was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel had an amazing retro vibe that made me feel like I was in a different era. the decor was unique and well thought out, and I especially loved the retro turntable and albums in the room. It was a nice touch to have the option to play some old school music. Additionally, the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. the french fries were hot and crispy, the wings had a delicious bite to them, and the deviled eggs were reminiscent of my grandmother's famous recipe.

One major downside was the noise level in the morning. I stayed in a room that was across from the housekeeping closet and it was very noisy.
