I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Central Park. I loved being able to walk to all the sites and attractions. The staff were the friendliest on our trip. The doormen were helpful and chatty. We got upgraded to a luxurious suite with a fancy kitchen, spacious bedroom, and modern bathroom. The hotel was spotless and comfortable. Great location near the Plaza Hotel and subway. 10/10!

The cafe on, site is not very inviting, but there are plenty of other options in the surrounding area.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is close to Central Park and 5th Avenue, making it easy to access public transport and all the upmarket shops in the area. You can easily get everywhere by foot or subway, and there are plenty of places to eat within a few blocks. The rooms are a great size and housekeeping is efficient. The staff, including the doorstaff, are all really helpful and friendly.

One negative aspect is that some rooms might have a view over a construction site, which can be noisy and obstruct the natural light in the room.

We appreciated the cool and calming ambiance of the hotel, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was superb, just a block away from the heart of the city and the beautiful Central Park. Having a big writing desk in our room allowed us to plan our daily adventures in NYC. it was an amazing experience.
