We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect, within walking distance to several subway lines and popular attractions. The rooftop lounge and patio provided a stunning view. We enjoyed the convenience of a nearby breakfast partner and the exceptional service throughout our stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, quiet room, useful kitchen, convenient laundry facilities. Superb cleanliness, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. Enjoyable morning coffee and helpful kitchen amenities. Spacious suite, impressive air con, cozy beds, felt like home. I recently stayed at Aka Wall Street for 8 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room size was impressive, almost like having my own apartment. There were plenty of markets nearby, making it convenient to find everything I needed. The housekeeping service was just right, as I didn't have to deal with it every day. The staff was very helpful and provided prompt answers to all my questions. Lastly, the hotel went above and beyond by offering to keep one of my large suitcases for a week until my return. Thank you for the excellent service!

I do recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for shopping and dining. the restaurant on the property was also very good.

The cleaning frequency at the hotel was disappointing, with the room only being cleaned once every five days. This was less frequent than what we expected for an eight-day stay.

Great location in Lower Manhattan with lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably clean and spacious rooms with quality furniture and bathroom facilities. We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the financial district. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and close proximity to the World Trade Center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with modern and trendy rooms that felt spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fully functional kitchen, which allowed us to easily prepare meals for our toddler. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and great amenities.

Nothing not to love. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and can't think of any negatives.

As youngsters, we loved the modern design of the Superior Studio room, complete with a kitchenette and separate living and sleeping areas. The bathroom was top-notch with trendy tiling and a spacious shower. The location was unbeatable, right by the Federal Reserve and close to Wall St, World Trade, City Hall, and the Brooklyn Bridge. We had a blast exploring downtown NYC and the nearby Pier 17 area. The rooftop terrace was a bonus, perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine with friends.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

This hotel is located in the center of the financial district, with many metro stations around. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen with modern furniture. The staff took excellent care of us and even made accommodations on our reservation. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, as well as a gym and laundry facilities.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Amazing value for the price! The room was spacious, clean, and had a separate living area from the bedroom. The fully functional kitchen was a great bonus. The staff were courteous, pleasant, and very helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything was lovely. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Additionally, the Fulton and Wall Street subway stations were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the rest of Manhattan. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable.
