The staff at this hotel were incredible! They were so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me with any issue I had. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was so convenient for exploring the downtown area. I also loved the fact that the owner showed me pictures of the upcoming remodel, it looks really promising!

The only downside was that the hotel is in need of a remodel, but they assured me that it will be happening soon. However, even without the remodel, I would still choose to stay here because of the amazing customer service provided by the staff.
