The location was perfect, situated in the heart of Downtown and not far from the cable car station at Powell Street. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Jason at the concierge desk, who provided us with great recommendations and even switched our room to a more convenient one.

Great value for the price, especially for a one-night stay before leaving the city. the location is convenient, with a bus station nearby that takes you to popular attractions like Fisherman's Wharf. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, there were some restaurants in the area, making it easy to find a place to eat.

One downside is that breakfast is only available to take to your room, and it could offer more variety. Another drawback is the location, as it is in an insecure region of the city.

Our stay at Alexis Park was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping providing fresh bed linen and towels. The power showers were a standout feature. The added bonus of free parking saved us a lot of money compared to other hotels in the area. The family-run business provided excellent hospitality and made us feel very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standards of this 2-star hotel, which felt more like a 3-star experience.

As a disabled traveler, I really appreciated the helpfulness of the main concierge, Jason. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs, changing our room to a first-floor option with a jacuzzi, which was great for my husband's COPD. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed also made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location close to downtown and the availability of free parking were convenient perks. Despite the presence of homeless individuals, which is common in downtown SF, our stay was pleasant overall.
