I recently stayed at Aloft for a business trip and it was fantastic. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They even gave me one of the best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor and in a corner unit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. I loved that they had a free shuttle service, which made it easy to get around the area. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. The proximity to Arundel Mills, the casino, and lots of restaurants was very convenient. a great stay.

My husband and I stayed at this boutique hotel for a night to celebrate my birthday. The room was unique and had a good view. The hotel was clean and welcoming, with an amazing staff. The bed was like a dream in heaven and I even had to ask about the brand of the mattress. The atmosphere was great and the bartender was so nice. We will definitely be coming back for my husband's birthday in February.

One was that the bathroom lightbulb had gone out, and despite reporting the issue several times, it was never fixed which made using the toilet at night challenging. there were a few maintenance issues, such as peeling wallpaper and a pool that was closed without any explanation as to why.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were nice on the eyes, and I particularly enjoyed playing pool in the game room. The location was perfect, away from the main traffic flow but still conveniently close to BWI airport. Everything I needed was within a 2-minute drive or a short walk to the shopping plaza. The staff, especially Shantel at the front desk, were amazing and provided excellent service.
