We stayed at Aloft for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious with the comfiest bed ever! The AC and heat worked perfectly and the room had a large desk and two big windows for natural light. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. The staff, Matthew and Tapoya, were amazing and the hotel was within walking distance of local eateries. Plus, the garage parking was convenient!

Rooms are well furnished and have huge and comfortable beds. Windows are tall and allow a lot of natural light in. The lobby area is modern and cozy, with pool tables, a lounge area, and a bar.

The bathroom doors don't offer enough privacy.

The design of the hotel was modern and stylish, with a contemporary interior that I really enjoyed. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the body wash dispenser in the shower. The location was convenient, with a breakfast restaurant right across the street, making it easy to grab a bite in the morning. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the parking situation. I felt that there was not enough parking, especially considering the five floors in the hotel.

The cleaning staff did an excellent job, keeping our room clean without being intrusive. The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood with great food options nearby. I loved my stay here!

The overall condition of the property felt run-down and in need of maintenance. The rooms, although they looked renovated, had shoddy renovations and felt unkept.

The basic amenities were standard, but the rooms were clean and well organized. Breakfast was either free or had a reasonable price limit per guest, and the food at Salem's Diner was good.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of downtown Birmingham, and I have to say, I was impressed! First of all, the location was fantastic - we were within walking distance of several really good restaurants in a good neighborhood. The value for money was unbeatable, and the service from the staff was top-notch. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street - no chairs, unfortunately, but still a great touch. And the bed! So comfortable!

Our stay at Aloft was a nice surprise! The hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and quiet rooms, and the fact that it is pet-friendly. The parking is convenient and free, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the nearby Vulcan park with its stunning views of the Birmingham skyline. we had a pleasant experience.

Although we had a great stay, we would have appreciated a free continental breakfast and a better area for taking our dogs to the bathroom. The cable TV channels were limited and the wifi was slow.
