I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extraordinary friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the room, was impeccable. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the pillows were sheer heaven. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the fitness room and parking area, were in excellent shape and very convenient. The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance to the pier where I was taking a cruise.

The hotel had a unique and modern decor that was a breath of fresh air compared to other hotels. The breakfast had a good variety of food options and the restaurant food was also enjoyable. The lobby was open and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room and bathroom were cheery and practical, and I particularly liked the separate basin space from the shower room, which allowed for simultaneous use by two people.

One downside was that the parking lot was located a block away from the hotel. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I had concerns about walking back alone at night after parking.

Clean room, high ceilings, and convenient parking lot. Liked the fact that the room was very clean and had high ceilings, making it feel big and comfortable. the AC unit kept the room nice and cool, although it was a bit loud. the parking lot, although $28 a day, was conveniently located and just a short walk away. the neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a few nearby options like Dunkin Donuts and Jimmy Johns. It was also easy to cross the bridge into the downtown area, which was a pleasant 30-minute walk to various popular attractions.

Thin walls and noisy hallways due to many young adults staying. Disliked the fact that the walls were very thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our room at the hotel was clean, comfy, and cozy, with a beautiful design. Despite a delay during check-in due to a worker strike, the staff made up for it with a generous compensation offer. The elevator was fast, and the pool was clean. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

As old people, we really appreciated the comfortable beds and modern bathroom at Aloft Boston Seaport. The location made it easy for us to walk or take an Uber to anywhere around the city. The staff were friendly and the lobby had a vibrant atmosphere with a loft-like bar and pool table. The neighborhood felt safe and clean, with ample parking for those who have a car.
