The hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices considering the excellent service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including changing rooms when necessary. The attention to detail is evident, with clean and well-stocked rooms that have a great view of the surrounding area. The basic amenities, including towels, were all provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, breakfast was included, offering a decent variety to start the day.

Secondly, the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms are beautifully designed and the bed is super comfortable. I also appreciated the small details like the well-functioning air conditioning unit and the fluffy towels.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby provides a long table with power, perfect for working. The lobby and bar area are fun, with games for both kids and adults. Plus, they have Starbucks coffee available. The location in downtown is convenient for walking or driving. The King suite with a jacuzzi bath is a great feature. The maid service is excellent, with a sweet and helpful maid. Taking my dog to the designated dog area at night felt safe.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area, as it is situated on a pedestrian mall with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It was very convenient for all the activities we had planned in downtown Greenville. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms felt spacious and it was very easy to get around downtown from this location.

Some aspects of the room could be improved, such as the lighting arrangement which made it difficult to not disturb others when getting up. Additionally, the housekeeping should double-check the rooms to ensure that any trash left by previous guests is removed.

Celebrating our anniversary, we wanted a different experience and Aloft delivered! The modern decor, lively atmosphere, and pet-friendly policy made our stay extra special. The lounge area with games created a fantastic ambiance and the comfortable furniture was just what we needed. The hotel's dedication to guest experience was evident with thoughtful additions like complimentary water bottles and ice baggies. The convenient location in the heart of downtown allowed us to explore the amazing restaurants and activities the area had to offer. We'll definitely be back!
