The staff at Aloft Jacksonville Tapestry Park were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. When I accidentally spilled my water in the hallway, they immediately offered to refill it for me. They even provided extra quarters for the washer and dryer when I needed change. The customer service was truly outstanding. The bed and pillows in the room were extremely comfortable as well. I had a positive experience at this hotel.
