I stayed at Aloft for a business trip, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. the lounge, with its attentive bartender, was a relaxing spot. the modern design and comfy beds made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the added security measures such as card keys for the elevators and rooms, along with secure underground parking. the helpful staff made a significant difference in my comfort, even going so far as to switch me to a room with a shower when they learned my preference. the location near Country Club Plaza and the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art was perfect.
