The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive during a medical emergency we faced with our daughter. They called 911 and guided the paramedics to her with great urgency. We felt safe and not alone due to their efforts. the hotel itself was beautiful, with a modern design that made for great photo opportunities. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of casual restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated being close to Sunny Isles Beach for some relaxation and the Aventura Mall for shopping. We highly recommend Aloft to our friends and family.

No restaurant for breakfast, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there were issues with the towel service, as we had to request additional towels multiple times and they did not arrive in a timely manner.

Some cleanliness issues in the room, found hair and a tampon wrap from a previous guest. the bathroom door was very loud and squeaky, and the shower head was clogged.
