We had the best sleep and most comfortable bed we've had in a hotel in years! The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We travel to this area regularly and Aloft will now always be our first choice!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the rooms were super clean and very large, giving me plenty of space to relax. The staff were also very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident, with small touches like a pot of coffee in the room and a nice breakfast. The location was also perfect, with beautiful surroundings to walk the dogs around outside.

All in all, everything was great!

Excellent Customer Service!

During my recent stay at Aloft, I experienced exceptional customer service. When I realized that the air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly and the temperature was uncomfortable, I informed the staff in the morning. They were apologetic and expressed their wish that I had reported the issue earlier so they could have resolved it or moved me to another room. The front desk clerk assured me that she would speak to her manager about the situation, and within just one hour, I received an email showing that my entire bill had been covered as a gesture of goodwill. This level of customer service was truly amazing and has convinced me to book all my business and pleasure trips with Aloft in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The parking was convenient and the location felt safe for a businesswoman traveling alone.

The lobby had a cool hipster vibe that I really enjoyed. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. The shower had a dispenser for body wash and shampoo/conditioner, which was a nice touch. The hotel had a washer and dryer on the 4th floor, which came in handy during my stay. I had a nice experience.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked, and there was no ice machine available, but they did sell bags of ice.

We absolutely loved the modern design and ambiance of the hotel lobby and our room. The drinks at WYZ bar were delicious, and the bartender was friendly and attentive. The pool area offered fun activities like jumbo jenga. The hotel also accommodated our request for a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

We felt truly cared for during our stay and had no complaints.

As bike riders, we loved the bike-friendly facilities at this hotel. The modern, updated rooms gave us a luxury feel. We enjoyed being able to log into our Netflix and TV apps. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the internet worked flawlessly. The bed provided us with the utmost comfort, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and wished me a happy birthday. The location was perfect for visiting my family in Fontana. There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

We loved the lively atmosphere and great service at the Database Bar, especially thanks to Alexis. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. When our air conditioning didn't work in the first room, they quickly moved us to a comparable room and even treated us to a complimentary breakfast. The bar area was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some drinks.

We felt totally at home during our stay, with no reason to complain.
