The location of the hotel was perfect, being at a convenient distance from the main part of town. It was nice to have a quiet and peaceful atmosphere during our stay. The staff at the front office were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the common areas were well-maintained and gave off a charming vacation home vibe.

Our room did not live up to expectations. The carpets were old and dirty, and the furniture seemed outdated.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is far away from the center of the city area and the Main Street area. However, it is conveniently located near the Colchuck lake for a hike in a resort condominium neighborhood. The room was large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The breakfast had limited options but was decent.

The cleanliness of the common areas was not up to par with some unsightly stains on the carpet.

The Alpen Rose exceeded all our expectations! The room was bright and open, with gorgeous views and multiple balconies. The 2 bedroom condo setup was perfect, and we even borrowed a rollaway bed for extra sleeping space. The walk to town through enchantment park or along commercial street was pleasant, and the location offered a quiet, nature-filled setting. The staff was friendly and unobtrusive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We've found our new go-to place to stay!

The hotel is located in a key spot where parking was a breeze and I could easily walk to the busy downtown area. Plus, the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

One of the drawbacks was that the room's temperature control was a bit tricky to adjust, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. the mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The privately owned nature of the inn made our stay more relaxing, with accommodating staff and no corporate stuffiness. The view from our room of the snow-capped rugged mountain was absolutely phenomenal. Additionally, the staff set aside a delicious dessert for us at 9:30pm, which was a thoughtful gesture. we couldn't ask for a better place to stay and relax.
