great stay during a city break in pagosa springs. kind owners, good breakfast, comfy beds, cold AC, and beautiful mountain view. owners extended our stay when our truck broke down. exceeded our expectations!

Moldy smell in air conditioner.

We were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of this place. The owners seemed to take great care of it. The breakfast provided was decent and we appreciated that they used non-disposable dishes.

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast had a good variety, with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, oatmeal, toast. The owners were super friendly and gave helpful suggestions for food, hot springs, and things to see in the area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The small balcony allowed us to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a spring poking at my right hip. It left me sore for a day or so.

Our stay at this hotel was mind-blowingly incredible! The renovated rooms were spotless and featured two super comfortable beds. The staff was jaw-droppingly friendly and even helped us find a workers agency for a bid we made. The quiet surroundings and touches of home made us feel super cozy. We loved the snack station and the fact that they had fresh fruit for breakfast. The on-site car park and 24-hour reception were incredibly convenient. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of hiking at the nearby trails. We were also thrilled to find out that there was a golf course nearby for some extra fun. The delicious breakfast, which included a toasted bagel, muffin, yogurt, cereals, and more. The best part was that the hotel had a strict no pets allowed policy, ensuring cleanliness and peace of mind. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days, and the no-smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air. We can't wait to come back and enjoy all the incredible amenities this hotel has to offer.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely spotless and the owners are so friendly and helpful. I also loved the continental breakfast, it was basic but really good. The price for a stay here was excellent and I couldn't believe the upgrade I got on my room. The fireplace, jacuzzi, and small balcony made it such a luxurious and spacious place to stay.

There were a few issues during my stay at this hotel. the noise levels were quite high and I could hear people stomping in the hallway and even a commotion in the morning.

The value for our money at the Alpine Inn was fantastic. The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped, exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect, close to amenities like Walmart and laundry facilities. The staff, particularly Sophie, were friendly and eager to accommodate our needs.

The hotel breakfast could use some improvement with more variety and options available.
