I accidentally booked the wrong night but the hotel was able to accommodate me without any extra charge. The room was spacious and comfortable with amazing pillows. The shuttle service was convenient and reliable. a great stay. Will definitely recommend!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, with easy access to downtown and attractions. the free shuttle service within a 3-mile radius was a convenient perk, and our driver, Dave, was awesome! Another advantage of the hotel was its historic style, which added charm to both the common areas and rooms.

There were some disappointments during our stay. the room we booked was smaller than expected, and the bed was more like a full/double instead of a queen.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel had a fun, deco feel. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle service was convenient. Lobby bathroom had real hand towels.

It was all superb.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the spaciousness of the room and the helpfulness of the shuttle service, with two drivers always available. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of downtown, a block away from the concert hall, and close to the expressway. It was great not having to pay for parking in this city. The front desk personnel, especially Connie, were extremely helpful, providing us with a map of the city.

The hotel is a great value for money with king-sized rooms that are spacious and packed with nice amenities like a Jacuzzi and a pullout couch. Also, the hotel's location in our favorite area of Milwaukee that we used to live in over 50 years ago is amazing. We loved the attentive staff and the breakfast served at the little Starbucks was delicious.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

We had a late check-in, and to our disappointment, there was no remote control in our room. However, the desk staff promptly brought one, albeit without a battery cover and with sticky residue. When it still didn't work, they quickly arranged for us to switch rooms. Although the second room wasn't as clean as the first, the staff ensured our comfort. We received a complimentary breakfast, although it didn't meet our expectations. Despite a minor hiccup with the host, the staff was attentive and accommodating. I recommend this hotel for their friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel offered free shuttle service to and from a nearby popular attraction, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff members were helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Moreover, the room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located seemed a bit unsafe, but the shuttle service provided some relief from this concern. the internet connection was also unreliable, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's shuttle service was a lifesaver, taking me anywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast at the café was amazing, especially the hollandaise sauce on the breakfast sandwich. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee for our first visit to the city. We were immediately impressed by the classic yet modern atmosphere of the hotel. The food and service were outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed the Gin Rickey at the lounge. The breakfast, although not honoring the advertised prices, was reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and attentive, constantly asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The shuttle drivers, especially Gary, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even taking us for coffee at the end of his shift. we highly recommend this excellent hotel.
