The hotel's location was great for our purposes and surprisingly quiet, even though it was right next to a sold-out concert venue. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms were organized and reasonably clean, despite a slight cigarette smoke smell. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fresh and more than adequate, considering the limited seating in the small breakfast room.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The downtown shuttle service was efficient for getting to the Wisconsin Center. Some drivers were occasionally disgruntled about individual pick-ups. a good experience.

We had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Milwaukee. The staff was wonderful, providing excellent service and making our stay enjoyable. There were a couple of drawbacks. The pillows in the room were small and flat, so we would recommend bringing your own for a more comfortable sleep.

As bike riders, we loved the convenience of the free shuttle service, making it easy to explore downtown and attend Brewers games.
