We absolutely loved our stay at this recently renovated hotel in downtown Redding. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and large walk-in shower were all fantastic. The polished concrete floor was a nice touch and felt much cleaner than carpet. The fast wifi and plenty of electrical outlets were very convenient. We also appreciated the easy parking just outside the door. The retro vibe of the property's redesign added an extra charm. The location couldn't have been better, with so many great restaurants just a short walk away. we had a fabulous experience and highly recommend it to other travelers.

the location was perfect, right on the edge of downtown Redding. I could easily walk to all the best restaurants and shops. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious with enough space to walk around and had all the basic amenities I needed. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

I appreciated the extra blanket and coffee packets brought to my room upon request. The manager was open to my personal feedback and genuinely cared about my experience. I loved that they had rooms set aside for dog lovers like me and had a code of conduct for pet owners. The hotel's location was perfect, right on a main street and close to all the conveniences of town.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of local places to eat and enjoy live music within walking distance. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom had a great high showerhead which was perfect for my tall stature. Additionally, the hotel had a cute outdoor patio with mist during the hot day and fire pits at night, creating a nice ambiance.

One downside was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a bit of an annoyance for someone like me who isn't fond of animals. There was a dog that was barking, but thankfully the owner quickly addressed the issue.

My husband and I stayed at Americana Modern for a week-long road trip. The room had plenty of space with 2 queen and 1 king bed, perfect for our needs. The layout was unique and I wish other hotels had the same. The property was well maintained and the double room was great for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was big and comfy, and the TV was large. great place to stay!
