The staff at Surestay Hotel By Best Western Phoenix Downtown were absolutely great - very helpful and kind. The location was also convenient, with onsite parking available. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently close to public transportation and there were many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff provided basic amenities and the rooms were cleaned every day. I appreciated that I could book my stay without having to send in my credit card and ID a month in advance. Though the breakfast options were minimal, they did offer the classic Best Western fare of eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of a valley metro station and close to MacDonald and Subway. It was also super close to the Memorial that we wanted to see, making it convenient for our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the receptionist providing great service and Sam at the desk going above and beyond to assist us with navigating the city and saving us from spending extra on a taxi.

We felt secure and the property had an inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered excellent amenities such as a fridge, microwave, free wifi, and a great TV selection. The location was perfect, within walking distance to ASU, Arizona Centre, Talking Stick Arena.
