The staff was very nice and helpful.

Sadly, our room had a stale cigarette smell, despite being designated as non-smoking. There were also burn holes in the bedspread, which was disappointing. The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs. The overall condition of the room left much to be desired.

Friendly staff provided a prompt shuttle service, making travel easy. The restaurant on site served delicious food, and I found the overall atmosphere of the facility very inviting.

The breakfast options were rather limited with minimal offerings like just bagels and muffins. Also, my room had a noticeable scent of fresh paint, which was distracting during my stay.

With a solid internet connection and a well-stocked mini fridge, I was living the good life on a budget!

The customer service at the front desk left much to be desired. staff were unfriendly and did not offer any assistance when I had questions about the policies.
