best value inn surpassed my expectations on our honeymoon trip. the staff was incredibly friendly, even offering to carry my heavy suitcase. the property was well-maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. it was exactly what we needed for a budget-friendly getaway.

No coffee in the room or office in the morning.

The amenities were mind-blowing for the price - a jaw-dropping mini-frig and microwave in our super clean, not out-dated room. The bathroom was insanely spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful, even switching our room to the 1st floor for ease with our two kids. The location was perfect, with on-site car park and easy access to nearby attractions like Cabellas. The staff, who were super friendly and personable, suggested awesome places to eat. The room itself was really nice, clean, and oh-so-comfortable. Plus, the wi-fi was fast, the express check-in/-out was a breeze, and the continental breakfast fueled us up for the day. Oh, and did I mention the children's play area? An added bonus! And, no worries about pests because this place has a strict no-pets policy. With air conditioning and non-smoking rooms, this place ticks all the boxes for an amazing stay! Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us with our bags and providing a handicapped room that was perfect for our needs. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the room was clean, cozy, and safe, and the hotel had reasonable prices. The location was convenient, being close to Tim Horton's, Portland, the Maine Mall, and Old Orchard. It was also near other attractions in the area. The staff, including a nice young fellow who checked the lighting for us and brought extra towels, was very hospitable.

I recently stayed at Best Value Inn for a week-long business trip. The location was perfect and parking was easy. The staff was friendly and the fact that it's a family-run hotel made it feel cozy. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious and the LED lighting in the room was a pleasant surprise. The comfortable beds and large bathroom counter space were great bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and bathroom was spacious. The outside was well-kept. There were plenty of towels. The motel provided ample lighting for reading at night. The large bathroom had plenty of counter space. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and polite. The breakfast had a good selection of cereals and fruit. The owner was very hospitable and the room was cozy, clean, and safe. The price was reasonable. a very pleasant stay.
