We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. They even had a roll away bed ready for us, despite being fully booked. They were also kind enough to let us bring our granddaughter's small dog, even though they didn't have any pet rooms available. We requested a late check out and were pleased that it wasn't a problem. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room itself was very nice. We especially loved the hot tub in the room and the great pool area. The breakfast provided on the first day was excellent, with a variety of options such as waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The location of the hotel was also perfect, conveniently close to everything, including a local full-service gym.

The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating my request to retrieve a forgotten item from my room even after I had checked out. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, considering I was on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi and fireplace room was amazing! It was the perfect setting for our romantic escape. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and cozying up by the fireplace. the room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the places we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to explore the area. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor issues that could have been improved. there were only three pillows on the bed, which made it slightly uncomfortable.
