Comfortable room, friendly staff

During our stay at Americinn in Dickinson, we encountered a minor issue with the back door. However, the front desk staff promptly assisted us and showed us how to open it. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered soup and crackers for our evening meal, which was just what we needed after a big lunch. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs and slices of ham, in addition to the usual options. The customer service and extra food provided a great experience, and we would definitely choose to stay at Americinn again. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at Americinn, I was impressed by the convenient location and easy accessibility of the hotel. The hotel itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay, including a clean spa tub and a comfortable bed. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive to my needs. I had a positive experience during my time at Americinn.

I must mention that there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast offered was just okay, and there are other hotels in the area that serve better breakfasts.

I loved my stay in this hotel! It was a great value for money and had all the basic amenities a traveler needs. The location was perfect for me as it was right off the freeway. Accessible unit had a spacious bathroom and two types of shower seats. Helpful desk staff found additional pillows, an extension cord and a USB wall charger.

The room had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a good variety of options including protein. The staff, especially Millie who runs the breakfast area, were friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was fresh and clean, and always greeted us with a smile. This hotel is definitely our new go-to when in the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The pool was not deep, perfect for kids. The spa bath was nice and clean. The room was spacious and the A/C worked well.

This hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw from many stores and restaurants. Guests can easily find meals from nearby Sanford Garage restaurant or other restaurants. There is also a convenient breakfast bar in the hotel. The pool area has a really cool rocky surface. The rooms are comfortable and offer great facilities, such as a 2-room suite with deluxe amenities.

Parking was a bit dark at night.
