My room's sink wouldn't drain properly, and the toilet was constantly flushing. Despite these issues, the pool was enjoyable, and the staff was accommodating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Our overnight stay at Americinn in Hawley was fantastic. the staff was incredibly friendly, and despite our late arrival, they made sure we didn't miss out on a quick breakfast muffin. the room was spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Being conveniently located right off the main highway was a bonus, especially since we were in a pinch to find accommodation nearby. The delicious breakfast, pleasant pool, and hot tub added to our overall delightful experience. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We found the hotel we stayed at to be conveniently located, close to various communities in the area, including the church and a nearby restaurant. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Always return for weekend stays. Staff once helped me find forgotten jewellery. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, lounge, fitness center. Wheelchair accessible, no pets, A/C, non-smoking rooms. All I need in one spot.

Breakfast was awesome, and the staff was super friendly. the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. the room was spotless, making me feel comfortable during my stay.

There were some maintenance issues in the room, such as a clogged sink and a noisy shower. the cleanliness could have been better, as there were stains on the sheets and a lingering smell of mildew.
