I had a great stay at the Americinn in Webster City. The room was clean and comfortable, and the best part was that it was under $100! The staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs and I appreciated the well-lighted parking area. It was also great that there was plenty of space to walk our dogs. The layout of the room was nice, allowing us to have family over without feeling cramped. When we accidentally left a bag behind, the staff was kind enough to let us back in the room to retrieve it. a very satisfying experience.

The breakfast experience could be improved. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and hot coffee available throughout the morning.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for my needs and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. Great experience! Hotel is very clean, quiet and decently priced. Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Handicap room had lots of room and a big shower with a sturdy sit down bench. Good hot breakfast, a variety to choose from. Donna and her staff were super accommodating. The maid service was great. They were constantly checking to see if we needed anything. Lots of parking. They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub, both very clean as well.

Had one room left that was confirmed as mine but it was not cleaned and they would not clean it while I waited. Staff went into the back room after telling me they would not clean the room and they shut the door leaving me standing there.
