The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is right in the centre of historic Boston, just steps from the Freedom Trail and opposite State Street Station. You can easily walk to all the attractions in downtown Boston. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and minimalist decor. The bathrooms have nice walk-in showers and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is good and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The noise from the surrounding area can be a bit bothersome at times.

Great location in downtown Boston, close to public transportation. Comfortable and well-furnished rooms with modern bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent views of the Old State House from some rooms. Conveniently located on the Freedom Trail. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Good value for money.

We got two complementary facts: a plate of fruits and a bottle of red wine. the hotel was at a very convenient location, close to the main touristic spots. the room had a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city skyline from the window.

The worst aspects started with the old, unpleasant smell of the room that made the overall stay uncomfortable. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the shower had a weak water pressure.

I felt like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The customer service at Ames is outstanding, making me feel like a very important person. The rooms have a beautiful modern design with a hint of history. Despite being in the city, they feel spacious. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to fantastic Italian restaurants, the wharf, and Faneuil Hall. I would definitely stay here again!

Staying at this luxurious hotel felt like an exclusive experience. the room was spacious and elegant, with top-notch amenities that were well-maintained. We were impressed with the personalized and attentive service provided by the staff. the private facilities were exceptional and we took advantage of them. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

The only negative aspect we encountered was that the noise level was high, and the windows didn't effectively block the sounds from outside.
