As a returning guest to this family-run B&B, my stay at Walkabout was once again a home away from home. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore downtown Anchorage and the beautiful nearby trail system. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful, extending my reservation and providing local information. I loved the variety of guests and the breakfast room, and the bicycles provided a fun way to explore the nearby bike trail.

We had an amazing stay at Anchorage Walkabout B&B! The "Piano" room was spacious and comfortable, with a heavenly king bed and two twins. The common family room added to the cozy atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and the breakfasts were delicious. Exploring the beautiful Alaska scenery on the free rental bikes was a highlight. The owners seemed friendly at first, but their attitude changed when we had to return the room key. the breakfast was uneventful and the owners mainly talked to other guests, not engaging with us.
