We appreciated the convenient location near Goliad State Park and other historical sites. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the attention to detail and the pride the multi-family owned facility showed in their property. The well-maintained trim, flower planters, and pleasant decor created a welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that they prioritized quality when upgrading items, from the high-quality AC units to the door locks and shower curtains. The staff went above and beyond, with the front desk clerk even assisting us in getting the TV out of DVD mode. The availability of fresh fruit for breakfast was a nice touch. The location in this sleepy town provided a pleasant drive out of Houston, away from the hustle and bustle.

The location was also great, close to all the historical sites and nearby towns. I highly recommend checking out Vela Farms in downtown Victoria for some amazing eats. We stayed here over spring break as we traveled the major battles of the Texas Revolution. This motel was centrally located, clean, and quiet. The view across the street was pleasant. I brought an ice chest and they had a huge ice machine I could just scoop ice out of. There was a little market, gas station, and nice Mexican food restaurant down the street. The other guests were ranchers and families. I felt safe. We may be back!
