Our recent stay at Anvil Campground exceeded all expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully renovated facilities, including the campground sites and amenities. The newly redone bathhouse with granite countertops and modern partitions was a definite highlight. Additionally, the pool and playground were enjoyed by our kids. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also perfect for exploring the nearby attractions of Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. we highly recommend this campground for a wonderful vacation experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this campground! The grounds were immaculately clean, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The campground offered a variety of activities for both kids and adults, including games, a pool, and a play area. It was a wonderful and safe environment for families. Additionally, the campground's location near popular attractions was a major bonus, as it made it convenient to explore the nearby historical sites.

We also enjoyed meeting other campers, making our stay much more enjoyable than a typical hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this campground. The property was very well maintained and the staff was incredibly friendly. They even offered free food and crafts for the kids, which was a great added bonus. The campground is also in a fantastic location, close to all the attractions, especially the historical sites. It was a perfect spot for families, with a pool, playground, and game room that kept the kids entertained. We also had a blast meeting other campers and getting to know the community here. it was so much more fun than staying at a hotel!
