Applinger Farm was a peaceful retreat with beautiful countryside views, cozy rooms, and friendly hosts. the attention to detail by Lisa made the stay comfortable and enjoyable, leaving us refreshed and relaxed. We especially loved waking up to the horses and the serene atmosphere.

As bike riders, we loved the homemade touches, local dining options, and feeding the horses. John's birdhouses were a hit!

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, offering snacks, tea, and coffee in a nicely decorated room. the peaceful farm setting allowed us to feed the horses and relax in the hot tubs with spa robes provided. We even received homemade muffins as a sweet gesture before our long drive home.

Despite the charming atmosphere, the room was located too close to a main highway, making it noisy and disruptive for light sleepers like myself. the uncomfortable bed resulted in a restless night's sleep, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
