I recently stayed at La Quinta on 62nd and I was pleasantly surprised. As a loyal Hampton Inn guest, I had my doubts, but La Quinta exceeded my expectations. The hotel was newly built with clean and updated rooms. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. The spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, and Keurig coffeemaker in the room were all great amenities. I will definitely choose La Quinta again for my next hotel stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Lubbock. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, providing plenty of room to relax. The amenities, such as the pool and hot tub, were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with any inquiries. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at this hotel.

Although my stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The thin walls made it quite easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

Had a great stay over Christmas. the hotel was conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was dust in the room and we had some nasal issues.

The hospitality was outstanding - Lucas, a staff member, went above and beyond to give me a ride to the airport when my shuttle didn't show up. His generosity made my experience truly great. the hotel was clean, updated, and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely choose La Quinta for my future stays.

The rooms were nice and comfortable with lovely decor. I really liked the fact that the rooms had a fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. the beds were also very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. Additionally, the color scheme in the hallway was appealing and the hotel was quite peaceful.

The location of the hotel wasn't that great, as it wasn't close to anything interesting. Also, the breakfast options were limited and could have been better.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. the coffee provided in the room was not to my liking, and I found it difficult to locate some of the light switches.

We had a delightful stay at this venue. The pool was a great relief from the long drive. The king-size room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a lovely decoration that created a relaxing atmosphere. The blackout curtains were effective at blocking the light. The bathroom was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our time here.

As a disabled traveler, I found the disability room at this hotel to be excellent. The tile flooring and comfortable bed were perfect for my needs. The presence of a ceiling fan was a nice touch, as I use one at home all year round.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the gentleman at check-in was helpful with finding nearby restaurants. the location was close to shopping and restaurants, making it convenient for our needs.

The outside area with the pool and hot tub was not maintained, with trash and dirt being present. Additionally, the room had issues such as a shotty door and a paper towel metal piece coming off the wall.

The hotel is conveniently located near a work site and has a free breakfast option. The beds are comfortable and some rooms come with a Keurig coffee maker and a good selection in the snack/drink area. In addition to a large breakfast/lounge area, some apparently offer an aesthetic looking faucet in the bathroom.

Some of the rooms have mold in the faucet, making it impossible to use.
