Arbor View House is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the North Shore vineyards. With its close proximity to the charming town of Greenport and its serene location on Shelter Island, this B&B offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and bright. The hosts, Wilfred and Veda, go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts, prepared by Veda, are a delightful and delicious start to the day. The views of the surrounding nature are simply breathtaking.

The check-in process can be a bit lengthy, which could be improved for a smoother arrival experience.

During Thanksgiving, my family and I had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast. the breakfast served there was delicious and of high quality, with real utensils and thoughtful details. the location was ideal, as it was close to many local attractions and outdoor activities.

We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

the room was spacious, elegant, and fitted with exclusive amenities including a Jacuzzi and a private terrace with sun loungers. the service was exceptional, with staff always eager to accommodate our every request. the hotel's garden area provided a serene atmosphere to relax, while the picnic area offered a scenic spot to enjoy a packed lunch. the breakfast was varied and delicious, with a range of options to cater to every dietary preference. the location advantages were also impressive, with easy access to nearby towns and beaches.

We had hoped to enjoy a massage in the hotel's spa centre but unfortunately, the centre was temporarily closed for renovations.
