First off, let me tell you that staying at this hotel was fantastic! the staff here was unbelievably friendly and helpful, making us feel at home right from the start. the room was spotless, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it that way. the complementary coffee and fruits at the front desk were a nice touch, and the free breakfast at Reagan's Pancake House was a great way to start the day. We loved the option to upgrade to a buffet breakfast for a small fee. the outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, especially with the added bonus of 24-hour access. Walking to nearby attractions like the Island and enjoying some family-friendly fun was a breeze. Overall, a delightful experience that made our vacation truly memorable.

If there's one little thing that could be improved, it would be adding some live entertainment by the pool. Imagine chilling by the water, listening to some music - that would have been the cherry on top of an already amazing stay.

Picture this - The Arbors' epic landscaping was a floral wonderland, complete with rocking chairs by a cozy fireplace. The free pancake vouchers led us to pancake paradise at the BEST PANCAKE house nearby. Our clean, spacious room even boasted a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation.

To snag the "free breakfast" at a nearby restaurant, we braved crossing 5 lanes of traffic, only to face a never-ending line and a $5 charge for anything besides pancakes. Next time, cereal is the move.

The room was nice, but the shower leaked and lacked storage space. Location, room, pool, and grounds were lovely. Lemonade and crispy cremes in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Overall, a fantastic stay at Arbors - our new favorite place.

The newly remodeled rooms at Arbors at Island Landing Hotel & Suites were a delightful surprise. My twin room had a lovely gas log fireplace, which was perfect for the cold, rainy night. The huge jacuzzi tub added a touch of luxury, making the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Pigeon Forge.

The only minor issue was the cleanliness of the floors. It would have been even better if the floors were mopped between guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the extra activities they offered, such as the bonfire and firepit. The towel animal and Hershey kisses left on the bed added a nice touch. Loved the comfortable beds and the amazing shower! Also enjoyed the campfire and the beautiful flowers. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions.

The room had a strong smell of cleaning products and the carpet didn't look clean. There were also not enough electrical outlets, especially at the bathroom counter.

The location was amazing - right in the middle of everything. the room with a fireplace and jetted tub was a treat. Would DEFINITELY stay again! Soundproofing could be improved.
