The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The location was perfect, close to both the town and the university. And those autumn leaves were absolutely stunning!

The room change was a bit inconvenient and the bar noise in room 212 was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep. The staff could have been friendlier, and the continental breakfast was a bit cold and lacked cooked items.

The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with a historical charm that suited the building. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the gentleman who checked me in late and even helped me find a snack before bed. The Argos bar was fantastic, and we enjoyed their cocktails. The hotel also offered free off-street parking, which was a major convenience. it was a great experience that I would highly recommend.
