During my stay, I found the hotel staff to be very accommodating and friendly. the basement sports bar was a great spot to relax, with delicious drinks and snacks. the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable. The location, close to the theatre and on the river, provided stunning views and convenient access to entertainment options. Cons: Exceeded expectations.

I always return for a perfect stay. First visit staff helped with heavy bags. They have everything I need like Wi-Fi, Restaurant, Fitness centre. Coming back for Easter.

The bed was big and comfy, and the Italian restaurant inside the building was a plus. the hotel had been remodeled inside, with new and clean furnishings. the location was great, close to town and attractions.

The bathroom was too small, with a super small shower stall and a sink with a flow problem. But the worst part was the noise.

The hotel's location offers beautiful views of the surrounding waterfront, including the marina and lighthouse. The rooms are newly renovated and exceptionally clean, with fresh wood laminate flooring providing a fresh ambiance. Guests can enjoy various facilities, such as the event center for weddings, and a rooftop with stunning views. Additionally, the hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The check-in process could be improved, with some guests experiencing delays and issues with honoring specific room requests.

We had a bit of a hiccup upon arrival as the elevator was not working, but the friendly front desk clerk went above and beyond to assist my elderly father who has difficulty walking. They helped him navigate the steps and even brought a chair from our room to make him more comfortable. Although our room was not perfect, with a dirty floor and limited toilet paper, the overall experience was salvaged by the knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
