Fast, easy registration. Friendly and informative attendant. Big, comfortable bed. Nice Italian restaurant in building with above average food and reasonable prices. Remodeled interior, new and clean furnishings. Great views from bridal suite, event center, and rooftop. Perfect for weddings.

I stayed in the bridal suite for my wedding weekend at Ariel Broadway. the event staff ensured my ceremony was flawless. the rooftop views were stunning, and the basement sports bar was a hit. the plumbers fixed issues promptly, and the bakery treats were delightful.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The bed was big and comfy, and the Italian restaurant inside the building was a plus. The hotel had been remodeled inside, with new and clean furnishings. The location was great, close to town and attractions.

The bathroom was too small, with a super small shower stall and a sink with a flow problem. But the worst part was the noise.

I recently stayed at this venue and was pleasantly surprised. The location was fantastic, near the lake which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were impressive, including free toiletries and good Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the ironing facilities and the AM/FM alarm clock, which made my stay even more comfortable.

We had a bit of a hiccup upon arrival as the elevator was not working, but the friendly front desk clerk went above and beyond to assist my elderly father who has difficulty walking. They helped him navigate the steps and even brought a chair from our room to make him more comfortable. Although our room was not perfect, with a dirty floor and limited toilet paper, the overall experience was salvaged by the knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
