great anniversary stay, switched to desired room with no charge, excellent customer service

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding promptly to my email questions. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in easy driving distance to all the attractions in the area and had ample parking space.

Everything is what I need and want.

The free breakfast was better than I expected and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We loved the location of the hotel, close to Red Rock Crossing for hiking. we would recommend this hotel for a quiet and budget-friendly stay.

I recently stayed at the Arroyo Pinion Hotel in Sedona for a weekend getaway. The room was a perfect retreat, with a relaxing atmosphere and an incredibly comfortable bed. I loved the added luxury of a jetted tub and fireplace. The amenities were a nice touch, with a refrigerator in the room and complimentary water and popcorn. The complimentary breakfast provided a good start to the day, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was great, and the outdoor grounds were truly beautiful, creating a peaceful environment.

The hotel stay during my New Year's trip gave me a great experience. the breakfast included hot eggs and waffles. the staff was courteous, and their hiking binder was helpful. the location was perfect, close to great hiking trails and downtown restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel also offered complementary cookies and hot cocoa, adding a little extra touch of warmth during chilly nights.

The sound isolation from the nearby rooms was not great. the shower water pressure was a bit low, but still acceptable.

The hotel had great service and staff, including those who were accommodating with extra towels and provided lovely rooms with patios and Jacuzzi tubs. The breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and several meat options.

A few guests have mentioned the need for the hotel to offer better room maintenance and cleaning.

The 24-hour fitness gym was a bonus, and the hotel's location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great location near hiking, restaurants, attractions. Friendly staff, clean property. Excellent value for cost. Safe for solo travelers. Despite small issues, staff was accommodating with replacements and provided extra amenities. Conveniently tucked away from noise and close to desired activities.

We were on a budget for our trip and the hotel offered excellent value. It's located in a central area and away from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impressive despite being an older hotel. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stood out. The Deluxe King room was well-appointed and comfortable, though we wish we could have used the tub. The breakfast, although not a full hot meal, consisted of well-cooked hot food options. The location was superb, right across from the main hiking route road.

The size of the room was great and I loved the layout. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to main roads and close to the main street. After 11pm, it was nice and quiet.

There were a few things that could be improved. the carpet in the room was worn out and could use replacing.
