Lovely hotel by the river with great service and a clean, well-maintained property. Rooms have a nice little balcony or outdoor patio, ample-sized bathroom, microwave, fridge, and breakfast is included.

I've been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years during the Big Al's Tennis Tournament. It's perfect for tennis enthusiasts with its two well-maintained courts. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for places to visit in the evening. The clean rooms and comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning is impressive, with a wide variety of options available. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends coming for the tournament and will definitely be reserving a room again next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool area was excellent and the suite was perfect for our family of three. The sofa bed had an unusually good mattress and there were two TVs so everyone could watch their own thing. we would recommend this hotel.

The sparking clean cafe had a great selection of organic wine, coffee, and more. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. The hotel had a really cool retro design that made it feel like stepping into a different era. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. the hotel was situated on a busy street but surprisingly quiet. Plus, it was just a short drive to downtown Ashland and the Emigrant Lake County Park trail.

The hot tub was not usable during our stay because of the cold weather. That was a bit disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. They were cordial and worked out my accommodations to meet my needs. Additionally, the hotel had comfortable and quiet rooms. the beds were plush and provided a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a wide variety of choices to cater to different preferences.

One downside was the communication barrier with some of the cleaning staff, as they were unable to speak English fluently. This made it a bit challenging to communicate certain requests or inquiries.

The ambiance throughout the hotel was beautiful, and the view from the suite was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the cozy breakfast area above the lobby. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient without any noise disturbance.
