I stayed for three nights with my senior mother, and the simplicity of the room suited her perfectly. the bed was comfortable, the room well-lit, and the air conditioner easy to control. We enjoyed the TV with cable and the ability to log into our streaming services. the location was peaceful yet close to dining and shopping options. the exceptional customer service made our visit even more enjoyable, with a well-stocked room and a seamless extension of our stay.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

I experienced a lack of hospitality during check-in, discovering stains on my bed sheets and pillows and missing amenities like an iron. the issue of insufficient parking at night was concerning, making me feel unsafe and unprotected, especially when the front desk was unavailable for assistance.
