The hotel could use some maintenance as there were some wear and tear issues, such as holes in the bathroom door and dings in the furniture. the television remotes were also unreliable at times.

We loved the location - close to everything, including the beach and restaurants. It was on the beach with a nice view of the water. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool being open. The front desk staff were very friendly and even let us keep our car in the parking lot after checkout. It was a clean and comfortable stay.

We explored the rad International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum and checked out the super cool Naval War College Museum. The location was primo, close to all the action.

We would've loved it even more if there was a happening party scene at the hotel for us young peeps to kick back and groove to some tunes.

We loved the convenient location of Atlantic Beach Hotel during our recent stay. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and, most importantly, the beach. The updated decor of the rooms added a modern touch, and we were pleased with the spaciousness of the 2 king bed rooms.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as the rooms feeling a bit tired and in need of maintenance, overall we enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport. The hotel staff were accommodating, and we found the location to be perfect for exploring the area.

I keep returning for weekends. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly as it has Wi-Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, beach access, and more. With such amenities, I have no regrets staying here.

We enjoyed the convenient and easy parking, making it hassle-free to come and go. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service. They upgraded our room and quickly replaced a noisy air conditioning unit when we mentioned it. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We loved being able to relax and watch the excellent flat-screen TV. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
