The hotel's location near the beach was fantastic.

The hotel had recently been renovated and the room we stayed in was beautifully appointed. We loved the gas fireplace and the wide-screen flat TV. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently situated near lots of little and larger roads and byways, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was notable, and we particularly enjoyed the clean and bright look of the hardwood flooring upstairs.

We were disappointed by the lack of management at the hotel. There were different faces at the front desk throughout our stay, including at one point the housekeeper.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in this city. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The location couldn't be better as it was very close to the ocean and all the activities at Shirt Sands. We were able to walk to everything in minutes, including several restaurants. The hotel also had convenient parking, which is a great bonus in this expensive parking area.

I was very impressed with everything about this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the great location. It's just a short walk to Short Sands beach and all the main street attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I found the rooms to be really nice with their jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. The hotel even had a good sized kitchen and living area, along with a balcony equipped with Adirondack chairs. I was very satisfied with the basic amenities and services provided.
