The hotel is located in a great area with many options for dining and shopping. The hotel is right across the street from a grocery store. The hotel is close to all Brickell activity and still near everything. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room is well equipped.

As adventure travelers, we appreciated the short walk to downtown restaurants and the rooftop pool with a stunning view. The free Saturday afternoon DJ added a fun touch to our stay. The breakfast was nice and the service was very efficient. our 30th-anniversary celebration was made special with the complimentary bottle of champagne, chocolate-covered cherries, and a beautiful card in our room.

Stayed at Novotel for a few nights. Beautifully decorated hotel with a warm pool, abundant toiletries, and the softest pillows ever! Friendly staff, great location in Brickell with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Easy access to public transportation. Excellent view of Brickell city and downtown. Definitely would stay again!

Absolutely loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel had a modern and clean design that made us feel right at home. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. We also enjoyed the variety of menu items at the bar, especially the delicious soup and salad options. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing us with all the amenities we needed. a fabulous and refreshing stay.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor downsides. the hotel's location wasn't ideal as it was a bit far from main attractions.

Located across from a large park for morning runs or walks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some cleaning staff only speak Spanish. Rooms have second window that can't be darkened. Can be a bit noisy due to nearby train. Great for business travelers.
