The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One suggestion to improve the breakfast experience would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items.

My recent stay at The Hotel At Avalon was absolutely wonderful. I was in town for a weekend getaway with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I even got upgraded due to a reservation error. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the lobby had a beautiful bar that served excellent drinks. One of the highlights was the attentive service from our server, Winifred, at the hotel restaurant, South City Kitchen. The beds were amazing, and the rooms were spacious enough for a family. I was thoroughly impressed by the great customer service and the enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The location was also a major plus, with multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to downtown and the wedding venues. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly.

The Autograph Collection hotel in Alpharetta was a wonderful choice for our recent stay. Located in a bustling area with plenty of stores and restaurants, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The lobby is beautiful and features a nice bar that gets busy in the evenings. In addition, the hotel offers complementary coffee at the room and at the elevator on the lobby area.

There are some issues with privacy in the bathroom as the door doesn't lock and doesn't close tight.

I had an awful experience at the hotel bar. I had a glass of wine with a friend, and despite telling the waitress that we wouldn't be starting a tab, I was shocked to find a $229 charge on my card the next day. Apparently, they had charged me for an entire party of 8 with over 10 drinks. It has been a hassle trying to get this resolved.

The hotel was stunning, with a superb room overlooking the beautiful terrace and pool. Check-in was slightly crowded due to nearby events, but the staff remained friendly and professional. The location was perfect for exploring Avalon, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be returning! 🌟

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel's pool was a great place to relax. the hotel's staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The coffee maker and lighted make-up mirror in our room were broken, but they were fixed quickly. the view from our room wasn't the best, as it was just the roof of the Conference Center.

The valet service staff at The Hotel At Avalon, Autograph Collection was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and assisted us with our luggage. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the absence of an indoor pool for the kids and the bar being too close to the entrance, these did not significantly hinder our overall experience.
